No. PlayerLayer runs behind the scenes. Your members get SMS and email like they already do from any business. No new app, no new login.
How long does setup take?
Connecting CourtReserve takes 10 minutes. Initial data sync is automatic. Most clubs are sending their first lifecycle message within 24 hours of signing up.
Does my staff have to approve every send?
Up to you. By default every send is reviewable before it leaves. Your team taps approve and the message goes out branded as your club. Once you trust the patterns, you can flip individual flows to autopilot.
Who owns the member data?
You do. Always. PlayerLayer is a service provider: your CourtReserve data stays scoped to your club, never shared with other tenants, and exportable any time.
How does opt-in / opt-out work?
